• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support directly.  

 

• Your account will remain active through the remainder of your billing period.  

 

• No partial refunds are granted for mid-cycle cancellations, regardless of usage level.  

 

• Cancellations must be completed prior to your next billing date to avoid additional charges.
